During the setup process, a senior team member will watch the first 10-minute video and add the team to On the Button. The Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and other senior staff will then verify their information to gain access to the notifications from On the Button. The rest of the team can be given the link to their 5-minute video, which will allow them to use On the Button immediately using all the functions. The DSL/senior team member can add past information to the software. However, where there is a large amount of information, we would advise keeping information safe as was done before, and maybe a synopsis of prior events added to On the Button to be included with future generated reports.
