How do you ensure installing On the Button doesn’t disrupt day-to-day operations during the transition?

Everyone receives an Implementation Pack to help them get ready before their implementation begins.

The pack helps you decide who will be responsible for implementing On the Button and when you want the process to start.

Once we have received the required information, an invitation is sent to the Implementor on day five, ready for their chosen implementation day.

The Group Picture is always set up first. For an individual setting, this will normally be done by the Registered Person/Nominated Person. For a multi-site organisation, it will normally be set up by an authorised leader who works across the sites.

Each site is then invited to join the Group Picture. For all individual sites, this will normally be the manager of the setting. Each individual site manager will receive their own invitation from the person who has set up the Group Picture, and the invited person will set up their own site.

Larger multi-site organisations may choose to bring their settings on in waves, rather than implementing every site at the same time.

On the implementation day, the software gives clear instructions about what needs to be done and in what order, guiding each person through their part of the set-up.

The Implementation Pack helps everyone understand what they need to prepare in advance, while the software guides them through the actual implementation on the day.
