On the Button is designed for real early years practice.

90-day practice guarantee

You’ll have 90 days to use On the Button properly in your setting. If it doesn’t do what we’ve described, you'll receive a full refund.

Cancelling and renewals

Some systems are annual, invoice-led and auto-renewing. With On the Button, you can cancel at any time with one calendar month’s notice from your payment date, and we send annual renewal invoices well in advance before expiry.

Fees for On the Button

We charge per place, based on the maximum number of children you can accept at one time (the number on your Ofsted report, if you have one), not per child attending.

One Off Set-up Fee - £1 per registered place (not per setting)

Annual Fee - £8 per registered place

Below are EXAMPLES of 25 places, 50 places and 100 places, to help you sense-check your fees. Yours will depend on your personal places (on your Ofsted report/expected maximum) - we are not registered for VAT.

One Off Set-up Fee

– 25 registed places = £25, 50 registered places = £50, 100 registered places = £100 etc.

Annual Fee

– 25 registered places = £200, 50 registered places = £400, 100 registered places = £800 etc.

OR
Monthly Fee

– 25 registed places = £18.25, 50 registered places = £36.50, 100 registered places = £73 etc.

Multi-setting organisations (ordered together): qualifying orders receive an implementation credit on the one-off set-up fee (not the subscription).


4–14 settings (or 500+ registered places across your group): 25% credit.


15+ settings: 50% credit.


The credit is applied per order and shown as a line item on the first subscription invoice for that order.
