What to expect

• Pricing is based on the number of registered places across your setting or group.

• There is a minimum charge, which is explained clearly.

• There are unlimited SMS messages and NO additional charges.

• You’ll see all costs before choosing whether to continue.

On the Button is designed for real early years practice.

90-day practice guarantee

You’ll have 90 days to use On the Button properly in your group or setting. If it doesn’t do what we’ve described, you'll receive a full refund.

Cancelling and renewals

We remind you well ahead of your annual renewal. But even if that passes you by, cancellation only ever needs one month's notice, before or after, so there's no year-long trap.

How pricing works

• Pricing is calculated from the total number of registered places across your setting or group.

• A minimum of 25 applies.

• The setup fee and ongoing costs are shown clearly below.

Fees for On the Button

We charge per registered place, based on the maximum number of children each setting can accept at one time (the number on your Ofsted report(s), if you have one), not per child attending.

One Off Set-up Fee - £1 per registered place (not per setting)

[Multi-setting organisations may qualify for an implementation credit. See below.]

Annual Fee - £8 per registered place

Below are examples for individual settings. Multi-setting organisations can use the same per-place pricing, with implementation credits where applicable.

One Off Set-up Fee

– 25 registed places = £25, 50 registered places = £50, 100 registered places = £100 etc.

Annual Fee

– 25 registered places = £200, 50 registered places = £400, 100 registered places = £800 etc.

OR
Monthly Fee

– 25 registed places = £18.25, 50 registered places = £36.50, 100 registered places = £73 etc.

4–14 settings (or 500+ registered places across your group): 25% credit.


15+ settings: 50% credit


The credit is applied per order and shown as a line item on the first subscription invoice for that order.
