You’ll have 90 days to use On the Button properly in your setting. If it doesn’t do what we’ve described, you'll receive a full refund.

How pricing works

• Pricing is calculated based on your setting size

• A minimum of 25 applies

• The setup fee and ongoing costs are shown clearly below

Fees for On the Button

We charge per place, based on the maximum number of children you can accept at one time (the number on your Ofsted report, if you have one), not per child attending.

One Off Set-up Fee - £1 per place (not per setting)

A concesion is made for groups of more than 5 settings - ask us.

Annual Fee - £7 per place

Monthly Fee - 64p per place

Below are EXAMPLES of 25 places, 50 places and 100 places, to help you sense-check your fees. Yours will depend on your personal places (on your Ofsted report/expected maximum).

One Off Set-up Fee

– 25 place or less = £25, 50 place = £50, 100 place = £100 etc.

Annual Fee

– 25 place or less = £175, 50 place = £350, 100 place = £700 etc.

Monthly Fee

– 25 place or less = £16, 50 place = £32, 100 place = £64 etc.
