User-friendly resources are available ensure a smooth setup for your setting, including a 10-minute video to help you configure the software and a 5-minute video designed to guide your team on using the On the Button effectively. Additional short videos are available for senior staff, helping them maximise the system's benefits and capabilities. This simplicity and guidance will give you the confidence to use the platform effectively.

On the Button offers WhatsApp messaging with a real person for any queries or concerns to assist you further. You can also schedule virtual meet-ups by arrangement (including some evenings) for in-depth support during installation. We reply as quickly as we can, usually within a few hours and certainly within one working day. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 10 am and on call until 10 pm, so you can expect a response during these hours.
