What steps do you take to ensure the software integrates smoothly into existing workflows?

On the Button is designed to fit into existing day-to-day practice with as little disruption as possible.

Educators can record concerns quickly and on the spot, while notifications are routed to the appropriate senior people depending on the type of concern. Relevant logs must then be acknowledged and followed through, helping keep responsibility clear.

Before implementation, everyone receives an Implementation Pack so the setting or organisation can decide who will be responsible for each part and when implementation will take place. On the day, the software gives clear instructions about what needs to be done and in what order.

Educators only need one short video for day-to-day use. Leaders have a dedicated HELP area with guidance videos in a clear order, plus additional videos for ongoing learning and CPD.

For multi-site organisations, settings can also be brought on in waves if that works better operationally.

The aim is to strengthen existing safeguarding, wellbeing and complaint processes without creating an unnecessary extra layer of work. If anyone gets stuck, help is on hand via WhatsApp.

Seamless integration enhances EYFS safeguarding, early years wellbeing, and complaint management while supporting informed, timely action.
