How much does On the Button Cost?

Our pricing is designed to be fair and affordable:

Set-up: £1 per registered place (one-off)

Annual subscription: £8 per registered place per year

Monthly option: 73p per registered place per calendar month

We price by registered places (your Ofsted registered capacity / maximum occupancy), so costs stay consistent and do not change as children on roll change. Subscriptions start from 25 places.

A 90-day full money-back guarantee allows you to try On the Button to check it works for you.

Example (50 registered places):
Annual subscription £400 per year (about £7.70 per week) + one-off set-up £50. We are not VAT registered.

Multi-setting organisations (settings ordered together): qualifying orders receive an implementation credit on the one-off set-up fee (not the subscription). 4–14 settings (or 500+ registered places across your group): 25% credit. 15+ settings: 50% credit. The credit is applied per order and shown as a line item on the first subscription invoice for that order (any remaining credit carries forward).
