How customisable is the software to align with our specific policies and procedures?

On the Button is designed around good early years practice and the EYFS, so it should sit alongside your existing policies and procedures rather than requiring you to rewrite them.

Settings can choose which features they want their team to use to meet their operational needs. Bespoke customisation is not currently available, but we actively listen to customers and use their feedback when considering improvements and new features.

On the Button supports safeguarding, wellbeing, complaints, whistleblowing, safer recruitment and training compliance, while allowing each organisation to retain its own policies, procedures and decision-making.
