How easy is it to set up On the Button?

Setting up On the Button is straightforward because everyone receives an Implementation Pack before they begin.

The pack helps you decide who will be the Implementor, when implementation will start and what needs to be prepared in advance.

On the implementation day, the software gives clear instructions about what each person needs to do and in what order. The Group Picture is set up first, followed by each individual site, and multi-site organisations can bring their settings on in waves if that works better for them.

Educators only need to watch one short video to understand how to use On the Button for their day-to-day recording.

Leaders have a dedicated HELP area within the software, with videos set out in a clear order to guide them through what they need to know at Group Picture and site level once set up. There are also additional videos they can use for ongoing learning and CPD.

And if anyone gets stuck, help is on hand via WhatsApp.
