What happens if our internet goes down and we need information from On the Button urgently?

You should access On the Button from somewhere with secure internet access. If you give us permission, we can obtain the information for you and send it to the email of one of your senior members of staff or the professional requiring the information. Should this be necessary, it would be done by someone at On the Button with an enhanced DBS certificate.

If internet connectivity is lost, staff should continue to follow the setting’s own safeguarding procedures until secure access to On the Button is available again.
