Everyone receives an Implementation Pack first, helping you decide who will be the Implementor and when you want your implementation to begin.

Once we have received the information we need, an invitation is sent to the Implementor on day five, ready for the chosen implementation day. The Group Picture is set up first and each site is then invited to join. Multi-site organisations can bring their settings on in waves if that works better for them.

On the day, the software gives clear instructions about what each person needs to do and in what order, with WhatsApp help on hand if anyone gets stuck.
