What happens to safeguard data if a setting stops using On the Button?

Settings that stop using On the Button have complete control over all their data. Before discontinuing the service, all child records can be deleted by the setting, ensuring no data remains on the system. Once the contract ends, Quality Early Years will permanently delete your account, and any remaining information will be securely erased from our Azure cloud servers. Our processes follow GDPR to ensure information is securely erased and cannot be retrieved. We will help you export or delete data if required.
