What does the one-off set-up fee for On the Button cover?

All our charges are based on the maximum number of children you can accommodate at one time, as stated in your most recent Ofsted report.

The one-off set-up fee is £1 per place, a small, manageable investment.

The set-up fee covers

• Collecting and collating your information to make your software bespoke with your logo, address, etc.

• Configuring your unique code and password for your setting’s software.

• Facilitating any additional support besides the videos provided to help you get started by WhatsApp or pre-arranged video call.

• Some administrative costs associated with automating your regular newsletters and future fee payments.

A concesion is made for groups of more than 5 settings.

This one-time investment guarantees the smooth implementation of your On the Button software.
