What kind of support does On the Button provide during installation?

On the Button offers WhatsApp messaging with a real person for any queries or concerns to assist you further. You can also schedule virtual meet-ups by arrangement (including some evenings) for in-depth support during installation. We reply as quickly as we can, usually within a few hours and certainly within one working day. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 10 am and on call until 10 pm, so you can expect a response during these hours.

This hands-on approach reinforces EYFS safeguarding, early years wellbeing, and complaint management through personalised installation support.
