Once On the Button has been set up, educators only need to watch one short video before using the software for their day-to-day recording.

Leaders have a dedicated HELP area within the software, with guidance videos set out in a clear order for Group Picture and site-level use, together with additional videos for ongoing learning and CPD.

If leaders need any extra support, help is available from a real person through WhatsApp or email, and an online meeting can also be arranged.
