How much support will I get to use On the Button?

The software is straightforward to use. However, short videos will assist you if required. Furthermore, human face-to-face support is available if you wish to access it, plus support by messaging by Email and WhatsApp. We reply as quickly as we can, usually within a few hours and certainly within one working day. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 10 am and on call until 10 pm, so you can expect a response during these hours. All included in the fee.

On the Button ensures effective early years safeguarding and EYFS wellbeing through dedicated support channels and easy-to-follow resources for all staff levels.
