On the Button HIGHLY COMMENDED

at the Teach Early Years Awards 2025

We are absolutely thrilled to share that On the Button has been awarded Highly Commended in the Happy & Healthy category at the Teach Early Years Awards 2025.

The Teach Early Years Awards hand-pick, test and evaluate resources that truly make a difference in settings. To be recognised by their expert panel is something we are incredibly proud of. Not just because of the recognition itself, but because of what it recognises.

Happy & Healthy. There could not be a more fitting category for On the Button.

When we built On the Button, we were thinking about exactly this: the wellbeing of the people who give so much of themselves every single day to the children in their care. We know that early years settings do not run on systems and tick-boxes alone. They run on people. On their energy, their commitment, their emotional reserves. And when those people are supported, when there is a culture of genuine wellbeing woven through the whole setting, children feel it too.

That is the holistic picture we have always had in mind. A well-supported team leads to a healthy, happy setting. A healthy, happy setting leads to children who thrive. It all connects, and On the Button has always been built with that connection at its heart.

Wellbeing in early years is not a bolt-on. It is not a nice-to-have. It is fundamental to how a setting functions: how leaders lead, how colleagues support one another, how concerns get raised and resolved, how people feel at the start and end of each day. We care deeply about all of that, and we have tried to build something that genuinely reflects it.

So to be singled out in a category called Happy & Healthy, by a publication as respected as Teach Early Years, is honestly brilliant. It tells us that we are doing something right.

This recognition also belongs to everyone who has championed On the Button along the way. Our customers who have trusted us, given us feedback, shared their experiences and helped shape what the platform has become. You are part of this too, and we are genuinely grateful.

There is, of course, always more to do. We are still learning, still improving, and still deeply committed to supporting the early years sector in the most meaningful way we can. But today, we are celebrating; and we are so glad to be doing it in such good company.

Highly Commended at the Teach Early Years Awards 2025. We are so proud. Thank you.
