No need to worry, On the Button is designed with simplicity in mind. The interface is user-friendly, and tasks like logging incidents or accessing records are intuitive. Training videos for room staff are under 5 minutes long, and our WhatsApp and video-call support help your team get the guidance they need quickly. We reply as quickly as we can, usually within a few hours and certainly within one working day. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 10 am and on call until 10 pm
