Does On the Button give me trends over time?

Yes. On the Button helps leaders see what is happening over time rather than looking at each record in isolation.

At site level, the dashboard shows recent activity, while the history and chronology make it easy to look back at what has been recorded, what action was taken and what happened next.

For multi-site organisations, the Group Picture already includes data showing how On the Button is being used across sites and trends in logging over time. This gives leaders a wider view of activity across the organisation and helps them identify where something may need a closer look.

Further Patterns & Trends information is also being developed to support deeper reflection and ongoing improvement planning across groups.
