Can settings customise features in On the Button like incident reporting or whistleblowing options?

On the Button allows individual settings to log incidences and whistleblowing using the text boxes and body map features provided. Based on best practice, there isn’t a facility to customise these. However, as the software is designed to support the group or setting’s own policies, we would be interested in understanding what you might wish to change or add.

The staff wellbeing feature can also be adapted to maintain anonymity for whistleblowing if the staff member prefers while ensuring that all concerns are logged and addressed appropriately.
